Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms, so there are no surprises. These apply to all direct bookings made through this website.
Securing your booking
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Until the deposit is received your dates are held as a provisional option only.
Balance
The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
Held options
We are happy to hold an unpaid option for 14 days. Options are not released automatically — if you need longer, just ask us.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with your booking. Please contact our reservations team as early as possible if your plans change — we will always do what we can to help.
Children
Children under 12 are charged at the reduced child rate where a per-person rate applies.
